Tutoring Session Policy: Transparent Pricing and Flexible Scheduling We are committed to making tutoring a seamless and stress-free experience for parents and students. Please review our policy below regarding flexible scheduling and cancellations: Flexible Scheduling We understand that unexpected changes can arise. To accommodate your needs: Rescheduling: You may reschedule a tutoring session without penalty, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability. Late Rescheduling: Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or may not be accommodated, depending on the tutor’s schedule. Cancellation Policy Full Refund for Timely Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, you are eligible for a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the session will be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future session. No Refunds for Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen.
